1.    Confidentiality

1. All work will be kept confidential and not used for personal gain by the coach without the consent of the Client. 
2. Business operations of the Client will not be disclosed to any third parties.

2.    Description of Services

1. Project. The Client is agreeing to participate in: 
1. 2 LIVE 60 minute group trainings via Zoom (including time for Q+A) - recordings will be available
2. Access to zoom recordings in Kajabi portal
3. Private Facebook Community
4. Resources + Videos via the Kajabi Portal
2. Schedule. Calls will be scheduled based on the group's availability.

3.    Payment for Services 

1. Project Rate. The Client agrees to pay the Coach a fee of $997.00 total (2 payments of $497. One due upon sign up, and one due 30 days later)
2. Sufficient payment reminders will be sent to ensure timely payment. 
3. Client has a 1 day grace period to cancel services with no fee. After 3 days, client agrees to pay $300 to break the contract.
4. Client agrees to authorize for automatic payments, if a payment plan is selected.

4.    Termination of Agreement 

There are no refunds. The coach is not responsible for more diverse clients and is not an anti-racism educator, so please proceed at your own risk!

Cancellations and discounts will not be accepted after 1 day of contract signing. If client wishes to terminate the agreement longer than 1 days after the contract is signed, they agree to pay the contractor $300 to dissolve the contract.
